Luke is an adviser to the Business Leaders Initiative on Human Rights, a committee member of the Business and Human Rights Seminar. His training experience includes co-designing and delivering Business and Human Rights in Practice, the Influence & Integrity Programme for marketing and communication professionals, director level training in CSR with Deloittes and integrating sustainability into the management development programmes of companies. He has advised a number of FTSE100 companies on human rights policy and its implementation.

Luke’s background is in organisational change. With PwC he led change projects in businesses and the UN. Later he set up the Partners in Action programme at the United Nations Staff College facilitating UN engagement with the private sector.

In 2004 Luke co-founded TwentyFifty Limited (www.twentyfifty.co.uk), which works with organisations to raise awareness of Human Rights and sustainability issues.
