Submission guidelines
Papers within the theme of the conference are invited. For details of submission please download the conference paper guidelines.
A template is available, see conference paper template.
Full technical papers should be 7 - 10,000 words.
When ready, submissions should be made by connecting to Open Journal where you can register and post your paper.

Research Posters
Day 1 of the conference provides an opportunity for researchers to discuss their work with other colleagues in their area of research. Please send an A4 sized poster to Submissions and prepare a flip chart sized poster to bring to the conference. Displays can be put up in the morning of day 1.
Research Student Paper
The UKSS will award a student prize for best paper.
The paper should be single author and verified by a supervisor as the student's work. There is a prize of £100 (voucher), a certificate and the opportunity to present the paper to the conference. Student papers should conform to conference paper guidelines.
We will accept papers from research students and Masters degree students.
A pre-conference refereeing process will take place and the winning student will be contacted and invited to present the paper on the final day of the conference.
The closing date is Monday 30th July. All submissions to Submissions.
